Panattoni’s largest development in Lower Silesia. Ultimately, Wrocław Logistics South Hub will occupy nearly a quarter of a million sqm of modern production and warehouse space, and will allow for various types of processes – from warehousing, logistics, e-commerce and manufacturing.
In March 2023, 75,300 sqm of space was delivered to DSV, global logistics operator, as part of the investment.
