Panattoni’s largest development in Lower Silesia. The modern industrial and logistics complex in Magnice near Wroclaw will ultimately encompass nearly 250,000 sq m and will allow for various types of processes – from warehousing, logistics, to e-commerce and manufacturing.
The halls are equipped with modern automation systems that optimize warehouse processes. In addition, the Lower Silesia investment has received a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
In March 2023, the investment delivered 75,300 sqm of space to DSV, a global logistics operator.
