Retail park project. The investment is located on the border of Stargard and Lipnik due to its convenient location. In two stages of the investment process, three large halls were built for commercial and service purposes, including a construction market and diversified tenant-mix, along with a large parking lot and accompanying infrastructure. A traffic circle on Stargardzka Street was also part of the investment.
The scope of work on the Lipnik investment included construction and detailed designs for two retail parks and a Castorama DIY store, with a combined area of about 25,000.00 sqm. The shopping complex included Sizeer, 4F, Cukiernia Sowa, CCC, SMYK Group, Deichmann, Pepco, SINSAY, CROPP, TEDi, Media Expert, HalfPrice, House, among others.
