Concept for a multifamily building with services on the first floor. The building fills a plat in a downtown development, and the whole by design was designed around a spreading oak tree, visible from the main lobby and the living rooms of individual apartments.
A central circulation area allows unobstructed access to common spaces and underground parking for residents. Each floor of the residential development has been designed in a unique style, giving an unusual character to the whole development, which thanks to this treatment can meet even the most demanding customers.
