Settlement Słoneczny Ołtaszyn
The project of an intimate multi-family housing estate (about 370 apartments) of low intensity and recreational character, with a large share of biologically active area, preserving the existing tree stand.
The estate is divided into zones of apartments for different purposes, i.e. zone of single-family houses, zone of economic apartments, zone of higher standard apartments, i.e. so-called urban villas. On the first floor of two segments a commercial and service zone is provided. The project is characterized by above-normal solutions in the quality of architecture and urban planning.
