Office Building
Design of a hotel and service building with underground garage and accompanying infrastructure. A six-story building with a compact body, based on a projection on the letter “U”. The floors from 2 to 6 will contain commercial premises/hotel rooms.
The commercial premises/hotel rooms, located in the west wing on the top floor, will additionally have mezzanine floors. On the top two floors in the southeast wing, a section has been designed for office functions.
