We are proud to announce that we have completed work on the development of a Functional and Utility Program and a detailed, multi-discipline design concept for a future investment related to the construction of an Industrial Park in Ząbkowice Śląskie for Euro-Park Ząbkowice.
The Grupa RB’s responsibilities included:
✅ Development of a Functional and Utility Program and a detailed multi-discipline design concept for the project.
✅ Preparation of complete documentation of a multi-discipline urban and cubic design concept for a production and warehouse building with office and social facilities, development of a PFU, preparation of a summary cost statement for the planned investment.
✅ Preparation of an architectural mock-up including a mock-up of the property covered by the concept.
