The modern industrial and logistics complex in Magnice near Wroclaw, ultimately covering nearly 250,000 sqm, is Panattoni’s largest investment to date in the Lower Silesia province.
We are glad that as the design office of Grupa RB we could take an active part in the creation of such a large complex as Panattoni’s logistics center. The Wrocław South Logistics Hub investment confirms that the logistics sector is still one of the key pillars of the warehouse market in Poland.
The scope of our work included:
➡ pre-design analysis, determining the development and use possibilities of the Panattoni warehouse investment area covered by the mpzp,
➡ a variant design concept determining the optimal use of the Panattoni investment area,
➡ comprehensive support for the investment in Magnice in terms of obtaining the necessary formal and project documentation, to the extent enabling the start of construction of the Magnice logistics center,
➡ development of a multi-discipline construction project for the warehouse park in accordance with the Investor’s expectations and applicable regulations,
➡ obtaining the necessary decisions, permits and approvals culminating in obtaining a building permit decision for the entire project, along with subsequent replacement decisions conditioned by the Client’s requirements at the stage of construction.
The halls are equipped with advanced automation systems, streamlining warehouse processes for e-commerce. In addition, the Lower Silesia investment has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
