We are constantly improving our skills and growing, ensuring the highest quality of our projects. Yesterday, our Grupa RB team had the opportunity to participate in a unique, specialized training session led by Joanna Sebzda-Załuska – a legal advisor and partner at SWK Legal.
It was a dose of substantive knowledge presented in an extremely accessible way. We focused on two key legal issues in the investment and construction process:
Classification of withdrawals during the course of construction works and legal consequences – a detailed discussion of the remedial procedure.
Technical design in the context of the rights and obligations of a civil engineer.
What we found most valuable about this meeting was the open discussion of specific case studies – we analyzed real, complex scenarios from investment processes.
A collaborative dialogue with the law firm, combined with our design expertise, facilitated a valuable exchange of experiences. Thanks to our ability to jointly resolve legal complexities, we can anticipate risks even more effectively and safely guide the investor through the entire investment process.
