We are proud to announce that our Grupa RB team won first place in the medium-sized company category in this year’s cycling competition “In a circle I spin” – a project implemented by the City of Wroclaw in cooperation with Prosolvers.
Congratulations are due to our representatives, who bravely fought to maintain their position until the last day of the competition: Mateusz Michalak, Bartosz Skowera, Dagmara Ziołek, Oskar Będkowski, Adam Jureczek, Aleksandra Podolinska, Kamila Boroch and Andrzej Ciupinski.
What did we achieve?
🚲 3706 kilometers traveled on bicycles – thanks to the joint effort of the whole team!
🌍 590 kg of CO2 saved, that’s how many emissions we avoided, thanks to our bicycle trips!
⭐ 28,147 points, which earned us 1st place on the podium!
The purpose of the event “In a circle I spin”, is to promote a healthy lifestyle, environmental protection and a balance between work and physical activity. In this year’s edition, 1,687 participants competed, who together covered an impressive 740,368 kilometers, which is nearly 300,000 kilometers more than last year! We are pleased that so many people are choosing the bicycle as their daily means of transportation.
At Grupa RB, we support pro-environmental and pro-health attitudes, so we were happy to spin kilometers. We are already preparing our form for the spring edition. We would like to congratulate all the participants, including TrackTec Construction and the Urban Greening Authority, who stood on the podium with us in the medium-sized company category.
