At Grupa RB, we are happy to share our knowledge, which makes it easier to navigate complex regulations. Recently, we have turned our experience into a specialized training course for CTP, focusing on the key issue of General Municipal Plans and their impact on the design process.
The spatial planning reform of September 2023 is a real revolution. The introduction of the General Municipal Plan (POG) and the Integrated Investment Plan (ZPI) are completely new rules of the game that directly affect:

🔹The speed and transparency of administrative processes
During the meeting, led by our architect Joanna Kulak, we focused on the practical aspects of the new regulations, analyzing how to optimally prepare for the upcoming changes in the urban structure.
