Effective preparation and delivery of investment projects today requires a strong understanding of administrative procedures, planning regulations, and current legal requirements.
A few days ago, our office hosted a training session led by legal counsel Joanna Maj from SWK Legal. This time, we focused on two important topics: ZRID and ZPI.
As part of the road special act, we discussed procedures before the start of construction works, acquisition of real estate for road projects, immediate enforceability of ZRID decisions, commissioning of roads, and special rules for investments important for national defence or state security.
The second part was devoted to Integrated Investment Plans, including their procedure, urban planning agreements, examples of adopted ZPIs, planned changes to planning regulations, and their impact on the construction industry.
