On the outskirts of Jawor (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship), in Zębowice on Piastowska Street, a modern retail park with a lease area of nearly 8,000 m² is under construction.
As a Grupa RB we are responsible for the detailed architectural design of this investment.
Smart Park Jawor is a place that combines modernity with functionality, offering space for everyday, comfortable shopping. The opening of the first phase is scheduled for November 2025.
The project is being developed jointly by SMART PARK POLAND, an investor and developer of retail parks in Poland, and RG-Leasing, a company specializing in comprehensive commercial real estate services. The general contractor is Żerański Construction – a company making its debut in the retail sector, so far specializing in residential construction, affiliated with Smart Park Poland.
