On October 16, we had the pleasure of participating in the cornerstone-laying ceremony for the construction of a production and storage hall in Łubów (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship).
Panattoni – Europe’s largest industrial and logistics real estate developer – has begun construction of a #buildtosuit facility for Maxcess – a world leader in innovative products and services for automated production line applications.
The production and warehousing hall, along with social and office facilities and technical infrastructure, will ultimately occupy an area of approximately 13,000 sqm.
As Grupa RB | Biuro projektowe, we were responsible for the comprehensive preparation of this investment from the design side. We are the authors of the Construction Project, on the basis of which we obtained a building permit decision.
