Working on projects like this reinforces our belief that the logistics sector is invariably one of the most important warehouse markets in our country.
As a design office, we were responsible for:
– pre-design analysis, determining the possibilities of development and use of the project area covered by the mpzp,
– a variant design concept determining the optimal use of the investment area,
– comprehensive handling of the investment in terms of obtaining the necessary formal and design documentation, to the extent that allows the start of construction,
– development of a multi-discipline construction project of the investment in accordance with the expectations of the Investor and the applicable regulations,
– obtaining the necessary decisions, permits and approvals culminating in obtaining a decision on the construction permit for the entire investment, together with subsequent replacement decisions conditioned by the Client’s requirements at the stage of construction.
Thanks to the use of modern, environmentally friendly solutions to reduce water consumption, energy consumption and CO2 emissions, the investment in Lower Silesia will receive the prestigious #BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
