We are proud to announce the completion of another successful project – M Park Brzeziny! This modern retail and service complex, located on Okrzei Street in Brzeziny, is the result of our cooperation with Genesis Property , a company operating in the commercial and residential sectors, which was also responsible for the construction of the building.
M Park Brzeziny, with an area of 6,000 sqm, offers residents a wide range of stores and services. Tenants include popular brands such as ALDI Polska, SINSAY, Rossmann Polska, Pepco, Media Expert and Xtreme Fitness Gyms.
With customers’ comfort in mind, a spacious parking lot with electric car chargers was built next to the retail park.
M Park Brzeziny is not only a shopping destination, but also an important meeting and service point for the local community. We are convinced that this modern facility will significantly enrich the retail offer of the region and become a landmark of the eastern part of the Łódź province.
