On September 3, we participated in the official opening of the new headquarters of Agro-Efekt Sp. z o.o. in Syców, a leader in innovative solutions for the agricultural industry. The project was designed by our design office – Grupa RB.
The 4,680 m² facility was designed as a space combining a workshop, offices, and a warehouse for John Deere agricultural machinery parts – a global manufacturer of machinery supporting farmers, builders, foresters, and other professionals.
In the new headquarters, as much as 2,000 m² has been allocated for office and training space, and the entire project is distinguished by modern solutions that meet the requirements of contemporary logistics and energy efficiency and ecological standards.

◾glazed facades with a wide view from the building, with specially selected glass to reduce overheating of rooms in the summer months,
◾modern energy-efficient lighting inside and outside the building,
◾underfloor heating in most of the building,
◾favorable proportion of biologically active area on the plot,
◾21 workshop stations with underfloor heating for employee comfort,
◾electric car charging stations,
◾a modern overhead crane with a multi-tonne lifting capacity to facilitate work on state-of-the-art agricultural equipment.
