The production and warehouse hall along with the Maxcess office building is another significant project in our portfolio, completed for Panattoni – Europe’s most active developer of industrial real estate. The build-to-suit facility was constructed in the Falkowo economic zone in the Łubowo municipality and occupies more than 4.8 hectares. It serves as the main European production facility of Maxcess, a world leader in innovative products and services for automated production line applications.
As the design office of RB Group, we were responsible for the development of comprehensive design documentation, obtaining an environmental decision and a construction permit decision. The design process included the preparation of formal and legal documents and multi-discipline designs (architectural, structural, sanitary and electrical).
“We feel great satisfaction because the Maxcess factory is a complex project, perfectly matching the client’s innovative vision, which at the same time was built in a very short time – it took only 7 months from the start of construction to the handover of the facility.
