We are convinced that the best projects are created as a team, which is why we care about the development of our employees and focus on building relationships.
We work together and carry out new projects, but just as often we spend time together outside the office on the occasion of training, trade fairs, team building trips, or completely private meetings.
At the beginning of October we went on a training trip to Hotel & Restaurant Jakubus in Jakubowice. It was a very intensive time filled with motivating activities, which resulted in new skills, allowed us to get to know each other even better and deepen relationships, work on communication and teamwork.
In addition to the training and lecture session, we found time to integrate together during various sports activities, workshops, recreation or a themed dance party.
