How is a warehouse built? – A series of conversations with developers, architect and contractors.
The process of creating a warehouse is a complex and multi-stage project that aims to create a business-friendly space that meets the needs and expectations of Investors and Customers, adapting to the specifics of their operations.
This week we had the opportunity to take part in the project, the originator of which is Sylwia Jagódka of Magazyny123. Specialists from Grupa RB | Biuro projektowe: Rafał Brok – President of the Board of Directors together with Karol Golasik – Project Manager | Architect discussed, together with invited guests, the challenges faced by designers and contractors in the industrial real estate market.
The meeting was an opportunity to exchange experiences and views on:
– industrial real estate market,
– the process of creating warehouses,
– flexibility, which is necessary to achieve satisfaction of the parties involved in the investment process,
– the use of modern technologies in the process of designing and building warehouses,
– warehouses of the future.
