CTP has commissioned its first industrial and logistics facility with an area of nearly 27,000 m². As the RB Group, we had the pleasure of participating in the design work for this investment, co-creating a space that meets the contemporary needs of business.
The building is already partially commercialized – the first tenant is a company from the sustainable energy solutions sector, which confirms the high standard and modern character of the project. The facility combines warehouse, production, and office functions, creating a flexible working environment. This is further proof of how dynamically investments in Toruń are developing, opening up new perspectives for local entrepreneurship.
The potential of the new warehouses in Toruń is constantly growing. The second phase of the project is currently underway, which will add another 19,700 m² to the offer. Ultimately, the entire complex will reach an area of over 46,600 m², also offering modern office space in Toruń.
Participation in the CTPark Toruń project is another step for us in creating modern, functional, and future-oriented spaces for business.
The success of this investment is also the result of efficient cooperation between many entities. The Business Support Center in Toruń also played an important role. Thanks to this commitment, new investments in Toruń can be harmoniously integrated into the economic landscape of the city.
