Our designers and project managers took part in a specialist training course led by Agnieszka Sławomirska from Galaktyka Nieruchomości, an expert with many years of experience in the industry. The aim of the training was to gain a deep understanding of the client’s perspective, their needs, and the challenges they face in the complex ecosystem of the commercial market.
During the training:

▪️We discussed how design affects Asset Management and Property Management.
▪️We defined the key points of contact between the design office and the client, focusing on building a lasting partnership, effective communication, and minimizing risks from the outset.
